RENOVATION
Transformation and renovation: Enhancing what already exists and reinventing rail mobility
Transformation is the group's rolling stock refurbishment business. Through its subsidiary ANSALDO ATLAS, we design refurbished carriages and railcars, giving our customers a second life for their existing equipment and the opportunity to expand their fleet to meet the growing demand for rail transport. This offering is unique: it allows our customers to have trains available in record time, freeing them from the current constraints of the supply chain, where acquiring new equipment can take more than five years. By reusing existing equipment, we also offer a more environmentally friendly solution, in line with a recycling and circular economy approach.
